Every experience is intentionally small and built around dialogue rather than presentations. It is carefully facilitated to create trust, encourage honest discussion and ensure every participant contributes. This isn’t a conference: it’s a working session where assumptions are challenged, perspectives broadened and meaningful relationships are built.

The Experience

In 2026 we are offering a founding rate for each edxperience. Places are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

€1,500 + VAT per participant
€4,200 + VAT team rate (three from one company) 

You can pay in full, or reserve your place with a €500 deposit + balance due thirty days before.

What’s Included

Executive programming; curated sporting, cultural and dining experience, meals and refreshments throughout; and Executive participant directory with priority access to future editions.

Not included: Travel and accommodation.

How To Join

Places are limited and allocated on a rolling basis. Complete the short registration form with your name, organization, role, LinkedIn profile, and what you hope to gain. We’ll be in touch within two business days to confirm your place and option to pay in full or reserve your place with a €500 deposit.

  • No. READY Executive Experiences are highly participative executive working sessions. Every participant is expected to contribute their own experience, ideas, and perspectives. Cohorts are intentionally small to encourage meaningful discussion, collaboration, and peer learning.

  • Yes. READY Executive Experiences operate under a shared confidentiality commitment to encourage open, candid discussion. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of conversations and not share confidential information outside the group without permission.

  • Once your place has been confirmed, your €500 deposit secures your place and becomes non-refundable. If you choose the split payment option, the remaining balance is due thirty days before the experience. If you cancel more than thirty days before the experience, we will refund any fees paid, less the €500 deposit. Cancellations made within thirty days of the experience are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant from your organization at any time before the experience.

  • Yes. We can issue invoices to companies and organizations for attendance at READY Executive Experiences. Please let us know your invoicing requirements when confirming your place.

  • Yes. Organizations are welcome to send multiple participants using our team package. We also design bespoke READY Executive Experiences for leadership teams, boards, clients, and partners. Each experience is tailored to your strategic priorities and can combine executive facilitation, Barcelona ecosystem immersion, curated speakers, and cultural experiences.

  • We encourage participants to extend their stay in Barcelona and explore the city before or after the Executive Experience. Contact us if you’re looking for bespoke concierge services for an extended stay.
