EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCES

COMING SOON: Curated experiences in Barcelona for ambitious leaders shaping the future of sport

Explore the forces shaping the future of sport: the ideas, innovations, and leadership redefining the industry, seen through the lens of one of the world’s most influential sporting cities.

Step away from your day-to-day to join candid discussions and gain cross-industry perspectives and connections in an intimate sporting, cultural and business setting.

Each experience is designed and personally facilitated by Lucy Mills, founder of Ready Sport Global, drawing on two decades across global sport with organizations including FC Barcelona and FIFA, and projects in more than thirty countries.

Why Barcelona

Barcelona is a global sporting and innovation capital, a city where global sport, innovation, and culture converge, and home to some of the most influential clubs and sports institutions. It is a unique environment to explore leadership, technology, and the future of sport through first-hand experience and local insight.

What Makes It Different

Every experience is intentionally small and built around dialogue rather than presentations. It is carefully facilitated to create trust, encourage honest discussion, and ensure every participant contributes. This is not a conference: it is a working session to share perspectives and build meaningful relationships.

Who It’s For

Senior leaders, founders, investors, innovators and decision-makers working in sport and adjacent industries. Each experience has its own focus, but all bring together curious, ambitious leaders who want to challenge their thinking, share what they know, and learn from others.

The Experience

A private, curated group capped at 20. By invitation or registration of interest. The experience takes place over an evening and a day.

Day 1 | 18:00
Welcome reception, with a Catalan sporting, cultural, and culinary experience.

Day 2 | 09:00–18:00
Executive sessions, peer discussions, and closing drinks reception.

What You’ll Leave With

  • Relationships with senior leaders from across sport and adjacent industries.

  • Fresh perspectives that challenge and inspire new approaches.

  • Practical ideas and insights drawn from outside your own sector.

  • Greater clarity on strategic opportunities and leadership challenges.

  • Membership to the READY Executive Network, with priority access to future experiences and ongoing connections.
